Please provide your phone number in the notes section at checkout. All care is taken to send out each piece in perfect condition. Each piece is safely housed in a box with a pouch bag. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post.
Customer is responsible for paying any local fees to receive the package including customs, duties and taxes postage
sizing
All rings are UK/US standard size. If you don't know your ring size, we recommend buying a ring sizer in order to get the correct size. Buying the ring sizer is more affordable than returning or resizing your ring. Also, you can have it for life and know your finger size for future purchases. Alternatively, you can go to a jewelry store and get your fingers measured. Online DIY methods are inaccurate, therefore, we don't recommend relying on them.
care
Please use only warm soapy water to clean your jewelry. A metal specific polishing cloth can also be used to rejuvenate your piece. Unless specified our jewelry pieces are unpolished and can change color over time (especially if left unworn). This is not a manufacturing fault, just the manner of the material. Oxidization (blackening) of the silver will wear off with time.
returns and exchange
If you are unhappy with your item, it can be exchanged free of charge (excluding postage and handling costs) for another item or a credit note. The piece must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase. Returned pieces MUST be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with a purchase receipt and original packaging.
refunds
A refund will be given as a last resort if the piece received is faulty. We cannot offer refunds for items lost or damaged in the post. Refunds are only possible within 30 days of original purchase. If a piece is deemed faulty after 30 days of original purchase, it may be eligible for a free repair.
re-sizing
One re-sizing is offered free of charge for orders over £100 Please return the piece to us for re-sizing. Any additional re-sizings thereafter will incur a £30 fee. Customer is responsible
for return shipping cost both ways.
privacy
We will never share your private information with any third parties, excluding courier service companies for shipping purposes only.

By placing an order with nowhere you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time, and customers will be notified of changes by email. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately. These terms and conditions are only relevant to www.nowherespace.com and orders placed in person or via email and do not relate to any work sold at our network of stockists.
